This is a school project so it don’t have to be exact,i just want to know like how much would it cost to start a small business. If i’m going to buy the land and then build lets say a 4 story restaurant in Miami, with a variety of Cuisine eg: ( Hispanic,Italian, Jamaican), also with it being so big about how much workers would i need.
Or if i was going to start a chain of say either Hispanic/Jamaican/Italian restaurants how much would it cost, and how would i go about it.

Over the years there have been many strategies developed in the world of online marketing. Many of these have been tried, tested and true when it comes to starting your home based business. However, it should be noted that some of these strategies will only work for certain niche markets, whereas others are much more generic and work for many different types of business. There are a couple of strategies that, if done right, have the potential to get your business off to a great start. These stand a much better chance at getting you started than most of the other strategies out there. These strategies are affiliate marketing and network marketing and are briefly described below:
1:- Affiliate marketing is probably the best way to get your business off to a great start. This is due to the fact that you are leveraging off the work of other people and the time they will spend promoting your business for you. With affiliate marketing people will sell your product for you and have nothing to do with your company, your business or your product. They do this in exchange for a share in the profits. Clickbank is one of the biggest affiliate marketing websites. The incentives here are quite good. For example an affiliate can market a product that retails for say $50. of that the affiliate may get anywhere from $20-$40 from this sale. This does not stop you from selling your product and keeping 100% of the profit, but what it does mean is that you earn $10-$30 from each sale that they make for doing absolutely nothing.

If someone wants to provide a service calling on business owners to pitch a product or service, what would be some products or companies to work for. This would have to be mostly phone work and not involve driving around to follow up. I am obviously talking telemarketing but telemarketing what and for who..is the question.
Thanks for any ideas.

Today, more and more people are applying for loans online. From busness loan applications, home loan applications, to online car loan applications, the application process is simpler and easier online. The precarious part about filling out an online loan application is that the consequences of improper loan applications can be detrimental. Incomplete or incorrect loan applications can result in a denial of the loan request, or not getting approved for as much money as you may have hoped, even though you actually had the credentials and qualifications for your original loan request.
