i want a start small business in my city , i want some idea what business i have to start and how to start which business is suitable for me,i have a good exp in machine maintenance line .

By electrical machines do you mean like electric motors? or electrics like what inside copy machines?
The key to starting a successful business is to develop a business plan and a marketing plan.
1. Find out if there is a need for your services. Sit down with the phone book and start calling companies that use the machines you can repair. Ask them if they use an outside service for repairs.
2. Once you know that there is a market for your service you need to decide how you are going to let that market know that you are available.
Sales letters? Telemarketing? Flyers? Cold Calling?
These all work in various forms. Also, join local business groups such as chambers of commerce and meet other business owners who can use your service or refer you to people that can.
3. Now you need to act, get out there and sell!
