How do I find a place to start a small business?

I want to start a business but whenever I search for real estate only houses come up. Is there a website that shows certain lots that are available for rent and location?

Search for listings of business’s for sale or Commercial real estate.
Contact a realtor and tell them what you are looking for i.e. I need a 2000 sq. ft. storefront with a 900 sq. ft. warehouse and a loading dock and I want to stay under $2500/mo. And they will seach for you.
