I want to start an Internet cafe business in the major city area.?

I don’t have much money, and I dont know where to start or even think how to open a business. My most important question is LOCATION but where do I even start searching. This idea just kind of ran into my head.
This is want I think:
Upside to opening a Internet cafe : Easy to hire new employees, overhead could be minimal. Could be profitable.
Downside: Many users will have internet access at home, will it even be necessary to have a internet cafe.

The only place it would be successful would be in an area where there is a lot of foot traffic. Which is why you see some many in NY but very few in LA.
I actually think that is one of the worst business ideas. I think you should rethink that. No one pays to go on the computer in a cafe. everyone has laptops. They rather go sit in a starbucks.

This place sells franchises. I think the key to their success is locating in college neighborhoods.
