Our target is middle/upper class people. Any ideas besides the local newspaper and craigslist? We need to get the word out there!

I have three sons, two are summer working able at 16 and 13 and my father is fairly able bodied and retireing this spring. I am trying to think of a home based business we can start that will use these three as employees.

What is a good online college to study business management? If you’ve been to a good online college, I’d like to hear which one it was.

I own an insurance agency, im looking for some ideas as far as advertising goes. I have a fairly small budget but am considering newspapers, billboards ect. Also, what are some ideas that i can do while im in the office working? I sent out postcards to local homeowners and i didn’t get a huge response. Please suggest for me some bigger ideas and also some smaller ones that i can utilize while i have free time.

What are some good home business that dont require alot of money to start up?? I was think an errand running business but because of the recession I dont know if that will do any good because people are trying to save money and doing things for themselves now. Im a teen and I do have a job but the boss keeps cutting back my hours but I dont want to quit because the boss is actually my friend and I dont want him to get upset,so that is juts out of the question.And when I do work I am able to pay some of my bills.But I still need more money,just something a little extra.I need something to do at home.My mom said I could make dolls and sell them and that seemed like a good idea.But I dont know,I want to make sure I am going to make a profit after the cost of the doll.Well anyway I need something like that.Something from home and something like making stuff or just any kind of income thats simple from home.

I would like to open a small business and I need to know what resources are available to me to help support the financial part, not sure where to begin my search and how to go about finding the requirement to apply for grants/loans, any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a business plan completed ready to be submitted just not sure where.
