I would like to start a business, mainly an IT consulting/contracting business, and would like to know if anyone has any ideas on how to start a small business? Mainly how to you raise start-up capital?

I want to start a home-based business. Any ideas? I can type 65 wpm, I am bilingual (Spanish and English), and I am a freelance writer (published several times.) I am trying to borrow some money up to $110k to from a relative in China to help me buy a property and start small business in the USA. Do you know how can my relative transfer the money to my bank? Any document the government might require me to provide such as a borrowing receipt or prove source of fund?
