   The key is always “profitability”. YOu want to be making more than you spend and do it as fast as possible.

   You want to decide whether to stay small and manageable or to hire employees and grow immediately.

   Will you own your facility or rent.

   Will you be using borrowed money or will you pay cash for everything.

   Will you share ownership with partners or investors. Or are you going to do this alone.

   Then you make the plunge.
